Really. JOph is not a middleman or marketplace — no per-transaction charges, no commission, no platform fees. And because we don't handle payments, the customer pays you directly and tags the Job Order Paid themselves — their confirmation lands on the same record, timestamped, and only then do you mark the job Complete.
Free during Beta — what happens after?
Throughout the Beta phase, your price is ₱0.00 — every feature included. And when Beta ends, providers who joined during Beta are eligible for launch benefits — our thank-you to early movers. Customers stay free forever either way. So get in now and enjoy it while it's still free.
What does ID verification require?
It's camera-based — no image uploads. One snap of your ID, then one selfie of you holding that ID. You do it all once; after that, every transaction is seamless.
How do I get repeat customers?
Through in-app messaging. After a successful Job Order, customers can reach you again — and you can reach out about their next booking. The customer you won stays yours; they aren't locked inside some other platform.
Can I edit a published Job Order?
No — and that's the point. Published JOs are immutable so nothing agreed upon can be tampered with after the fact. You can duplicate one to create a new version, or delete it if it's no longer needed. Drafts are supported too.
Is one Job Order limited to one customer?
No — one reusable template serves many customers. Share your QR with anyone, and every customer who scans gets their own recorded copy of the Job Order.
Can I include my team?
Yes. Assign a team to a specific Job Order — your account owner is the default member. Each personnel carries their own permanent Personnel QR code that customers scan against the active JO, so everyone entering their home is verified.
